About me
My name is Jas Bansal-McNulty and I am a performance psychologist. I am currently a Sports and Exercise Psychologist in Training (SEPiT). I completed MSc at Brunel University receiving a Distinction and have completed a BSc in Psychology from the University of Liverpool.

I have a background in football, athletics, and mixed martial arts. I have worked with a range of different clientele ranging from elite athletes to recreational exercisers, teams, parents, and coaches. My goal is to collaborate with clients to optimize their motivation, commitment, and overall health and performance. I work with individuals, groups, and teams, at recreational, professional, and elite levels.
